  • Q) What's the damage? (How much do you charge)?

  • A) Our rates as of 2024 are $150 per Hour; we charge a minimum of 1 hour, $3.50 per Mile after 10 miles from our location as well as a $50 surcharge. Average local costs are ~$250 for a standard 1 hour visit. Emergency Services (after-hours servicing) will be provided at our discretion for a rate of $250 per Hour. Our costs can also vary depending on location or nature of repair - see our Rates and Fees page for further information.

  • Q) What are your hours of business?

  • A) 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday, Closed between Christmas and New Years as well as during other Major Holidays

  • Q) What areas do you service?

  • A) We currently have a service area of approximately 3,000sq miles, including some of Kitsap's surrounding counties. Snohomish and Upper King county have different rates - see our Rates and Fees page for further information.

  • Q) We need service now, how long will it take you to arrive?

  • A) If we have an immediate opening in our schedule the average wait times will be between 30 minutes at the minimum and up to 2 hours or more depending on location. We strive to be as punctial as conditions permit. If you have not made an appointment please use the form on the Contact Us page or feel free to give us a call.

  • Q) Can we bring our RV to your shop?

  • A) No, sorry. Currently we only offer mobile services.

  • Q) We are buying/selling an RV and require an inspection, can you do that?

  • A) Of course! We are capable of completing inspections and RV check ups. Please fill out a service request on our Contact Us page.

  • Q) Do you provide service inside Olympic National Park?

  • A) Currently we do not offer servicing inside park grounds, however we are more than willing to meet you nearby.

  • Q) I need a walkthrough on my RV are you capable of performing one?

  • A) Yes, we would love to set up a walkthrough to teach you all of the functions of your RV as well as RV safety.

  • Q) I smell propane what should I do?

  • A) Immediately evacuate the RV in a safe manner, shut off your propane cylinders/tank, air out your unit and make an appointment with a Certified Mobile RV Technician or take your unit to the closest Certified RV Service Center when the unit is clear.

  • Q) Do you service Generators?

  • A) No
